This is a gentle technique done on joints (the ligaments/capsule) to relieve

Fascia is a tissue that surrounds all of our muscles and it can get very tight
and painful. The tightness can cause limitation of movement and the physio.

This would include core strengthening, pilates etc. They are exercises specifically
designed for what the patient’s needs require at the time and the programme
is progressed accordingly.
The patient is taught these in a one on one enviroment, sometimes it is after
an injury or surgery other times it may be if a person wants to get back into

Electrotherapy
We have TNS machines, ultrasound, interferential, laser. All used as and when
