We teach Pilates in St. Brigid's Community Centre in Blanchardstown Village.

We have 4 classes per week aimed at Beginners/Improvers. Pilates involves a series of exercsies performed in slow controlled manner which reduces back pain, improves core strength and posture.

Our experience shows that those inviloved in a Pilates class reduced the need for phsyiotheray significantly as clients are able to maintain the benefits received by theire physiotherapy treatment during the acute phase of a flare up, for such coinditoins as "wear and tear" in the back, neck, shoulders etc.
